CBIT relies on the generosity of it’s supporters to continue to provide vital services to children and families affected by childhood acquired brain injury when they need it most. It doesn’t matter whether you raise £1 or £1000, every donation helps.
This July, CBIT entered it’s biggest ever team into The British London 10K Run. Runners from all over the UK took to the streets of the Capital to raise money and awareness for children affected by acquired brain injury. This is how they got on…
All 5 runners from Leigh Day & Co solicitors completed the run in fantastic time with Richard Stein crossing the finishing line before his team mates after just 1 hour and 2 minutes! Having completed the Flora London Marathon in April of this year, we knew that Lorna was going to put us all to shame ! Lorna completed the race in just 51 minutes! She has also raised £360 for CBIT in the process

Chris, Lisa, Natalie and Sam who are all Armed Forces personnel completed the 10K for CBIT and have been working hard to collect money from their colleagues on their base. On Sunday 18th May, a team of 5 runners from Serious Law, the Serious Injury Law Practice took part in the Great Manchester Run for CBIT. The firm has pledged to support CBIT in the coming months and with this support, we will be able to improve the services that we offer to children affected by acquired brain injury and their families. So far, team members Tim Walters, Adrian Denson, Matthew Heap, Ben Priestley and Lisa Morley have raised just under £500 and their total is still rising….

With the sun beating down on him, CBIT Star John Ainscough completed the Mazda Blenheim Triathlon in under 2 hours!
